About Me

My name is Ashley Bradshaw. I am a McDuffie County native! I was born and raised in Thomson, and I currently live here with my one and only daughter Ka'Leiya Bradshaw. I graduated from Thomson High School in 2008. I traveled to Montgomery, AL for undergraduate studies. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Alabama State University. I then returned to Thomson, GA where I was offered my first teaching job at J. A Maxwell Elementary. After 2 years of teaching Pre-K, I decided to further my education. I earned my Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Regents University, also known as Augusta State University. Two short years later I moved to a different hall in the same wonderful school building and began to teach first grade! I am currently in my 12th year of teaching. I am also working on completing a Specialist Degree in Leadership. I love working with students and creating lasting experiences and relationships for them and their families!
